A perfect winter weekend breakfast: Creamy yummy Scrambled Eggs!!!

Creamy yummy Scrambled eggs made classic style..with 3 eggs,  lots of butter, fresh cream and garnished with chives!!  purrrrrfect for a winter weekend morning!!!

Made this at a friend's place after a girls's night out to cure our hangovers..and my friend simply loved it!!

Though I make it often in winters and posted here before also; this time it was special as specially made for a dear friend and for 1st time, got my hands on perfect chives for the garnishing!!!

I learned this recipe from non other than the celebrated chef Gordon Ramsey ..and you can too, just see this video of this here:

If you try, do tell me how yours turned out!!

That indeed looks creamy n yummy :)

Regarding your question on my hot chocolate post, you can use full cream milk for a more richer taste or toned milk as I have used.Double toned milk will make the drink taste little bit watery. Hope that helps :)

Lovely scrambled eggs and you know what, eggs are so popular at home that anything made with it, surely will be finished and done.

I just love scrambled eggs!

Regarding your question ~ That entirely depends on how much heat you want, you can use anywhere between 1/4 to 1 tsp of chilli powder..
